NetEase has announced Destiny: Rising that will bring Destiny universe to mobile. The game will feature multiple characters with unique abilities, with some of them making an entrance all the way from Destiny. Apart from this, exotic weapons, modes, campaigns, etc., will also be a part of it.
While the release date for Destiny: Rising is yet to be revealed, its closed alpha test is set to begin on November 1. Players can already start registering for it, if they want to test out the game on Android or iOS and send feedback straight to the developments. How To Participate In Destiny: Rising Closed Alpha Test
In order to register yourself for the Destiny: Rising closed alpha test, you will have to go to the game's official website. Once there, you will get a pop up to pre-register for it or you can also click on "Pre-register Now" button on the homepage manually.
Next select your platform and phone model, along with your region and enter email address for your Google Play account. Agree to the Privacy Policy and hit the Pre-register button to submit your request.
Here are the recommended specifications as per NetEase, if you wish to play Destiny: Rising:

- iPhone: iPhone 8 or newer
- iPads:

If chosen, you will receive an email from NetEase with further details about downloading the closed alpha test. However, keep in mind that you are eligible for playing Destiny: Rising closed alpha test if you reside in USA or Canada.
You will be able to explore a good part of the main campaign in the closed alpha, along with at least one map for all game modes.
