The voice actress behind Dead by Daylight's The Unknown killer, Zoey Alexandria, passed away on 30 April 2024 at the age of 29. Alexandria, who was a classically trained singer, performer, and songwriter and taught vocal courses, was diagnosed with two autoimmune disorders that led to her passing.
Fans have responded to the sad news by coming together to celebrate the voice actress and her work, taking to social media to share their love and appreciation for Alexandria. She was the owner of NatFem, a service dedicated to "helping transgender women feminize and align their voices with their authentic selves."
Some have suggested that Dead by Daylight add a charm in memory of Alexandria, much like they did for popular DBD streamer and Fog Whisperer Puppers after his passing. Many fans have also called for an official statement recognizing her work and contributions to Dead by Daylight from Behaviour Interactive.
UPDATE: Behaviour Interactive has since posted an update in her memory. You can see it just below:
"I genuinely hope BHVR makes a post of some sort about Zoey Alexandria. It would be extremely heartwarming to see a charm in her memoriam added similar to Puppers' charm," DBD streamer GOREJIRA wrote on X/Twitter.
"I couldn't imagine the Unknown having any other voice," GOREJIRA wrote.
Alexandria is survived by her spouse, family, and many friends. Her services will be held privately.
