Dead by Daylight posted an altered roadmap including developers' new plans for the game in the next few months, including chapters with new killers and survivors, and a brand new event coming this March. The original roadmap only featured events in June, August, October-November, and December; the March event will be the game's first spring-time event, filling the gap of several months when there are usually no official celebrations in DBD.
For now, not a lot is known about this upcoming event, nor what it will entail. Given that it's in March, it could very well be a spring-themed event to celebrate the season. There are already events for summer and winter, meaning that a spring-themed event would fit right in with the current event schedule. Players could get spring or Easter-themed cosmetics, similar to the summer and winter events.
To complement the announcement, Dead by Daylight also posted a teaser for the upcoming event, featuring a crow with a bright red blood moon in the background. No more information was provided, but this left fans wondering what, exactly, the new event will include.
The teasers for the March event come at a time when players are also excited about Dead by Daylight's Chapter 31, given recent teasers for that upcoming update. Some speculate that the upcoming chapter will include Predator as the killer, but nothing is confirmed quite yet. To add to all of the new content, there's also a new Lights Out mode, which is available for one week in February.
Players will have to wait just a little longer to hear what's in store for Dead by Daylight's March event; amongst all the leaks for the game right now, there's a lot to be excited for this year for Dead by Daylight fans.
