Dead by Daylight's Ormond realm is about to get a little bit larger, with a brand-new map coming soon. In the current PTB, players can able to explore the Ormond Lake Mine, an extension of the current Ormond Resort map. But don’t expect to see it in the full Chapter release just yet—for now, it's available exclusively on the Public Test Build (PTB), giving players a sneak peek before it officially drops, likely later on in January.

With the Houndmaster PTB live, players have gotten a chance to check out the Lake Mines for themselves. This new map is covered in snow, much like the Ormond Resort, and features various metal structures throughout. It's a visually dynamic map that stands out, especially with the large tower in the centre of it all. Players can also drop down into an underground area, allowing for both vertical and horizontal plays in chases.

As pointed out by user dvveet on X/Twitter, the Ormond Lake Mine was teased over a year ago in the Legion comics, where it was hinted at as a site of mysterious cult activity.
