Maria from Silent Hill 2 will join Dead by Daylight's Silent Hill Collection as a Legendary skin for Cheryl Mason, according to leakers. Maria will be accompanied by two new Silent Hill charms as well, including one representing the game's Dog ending and one for the UFO ending.

Maria will have her own survivor theme, too, a first for Silent Hill survivors. Dead by Daylight recently added lobby music for all Silent Hill survivors, though it's not unique to them; instead, it's the Silent Hill chapter theme, also appearing when players sit in the lobby as Pyramid Head.

The leak included some splash art of Maria and James Sunderland, who is also already available as a Legendary skin for Cheryl Mason. Maria and James are far from the only Silent Hill characters in the game, with the Silent Hill chapter including Cheryl Mason herself, Pyramid Head (The Executioner), and a Midwich Elementary School map to accompany them. Other Legendary skins for Cheryl already in her roster include Silent Hill 1's Cybil Bennett and Lisa Garland.
Maria Dead By Daylight Voice Lines
If Maria follows suit with other Legendary skins, it's likely that Maria will get her own voice acting and perhaps even some in-game or lobby voice lines. Dead by Daylight has included voice lines with many new survivors, including Chapter 28: End Transmission's Gabriel Soma, and Nicolas Cage.
It's also worth noting that all of the game's Resident Evil characters have their own voice lines - including most Legendaries - so it's likely Behaviour plans to bring the same personalization to those from the Silent Hill Collection and chapter.
When Is Maria Coming To Dead By Daylight?
If leakers are correct, Maria will join DBD's Fog on 15th August 2023. Players will be able to purchase her from the in-game Store for 1,485 Auric Cells, the same price as other Legendary skins.
Dead by Daylight has added a plethora of Silent Hill content recently, including new Princess Heart skins for Cheryl Mason and a matching cosplay for Feng Min. With the upcoming Silent Hill 2 Remake by Bloober Team set to release in the relatively near future, it's likely we'll see even more content from the franchise, perhaps even a second chapter like Resident Evil: Project W.
