PlayStation players have been facing an error that disallows them from opening the game since the update.
Players received a myriad of different bug codes, including "No network connection," "Game version mismatch," and others.
"We’ve received reports from Playstation players who are experiencing issues getting into the game," Behaviour Interactive posted on Twitter early on 7th June. "We have a fix incoming as we speak."
Other players have been able to open the game, but it crashes immediately upon joining a lobby.
"I’m on PS4 and every time I get into a game I disconnect after 2 minutes..." Twitter user JaxEthania wrote on Twitter. "For deserve a Bloodpoints code. I will just wait here in my lobby until it’s fixed."
Around 4 pm EST on 7th June, Dead by Daylight posted a Tweet announcing that the problem is fixed for PlayStation 4 devices. PlayStation 5 players, though, will need to wait until the issue is resolved to hop into a lobby.
Crossplay is temporarily disabled for all Playstation devices until the issue is resolved.
