The popular asymmetrical horror game Dead by Daylight has been a part of the Xbox Game Pass catalog for a while now, leaving PlayStation players to wonder when and if the game will be joining the PlayStation Plus game catalog.
Thankfully, developers have come out with some news on that front this month. Here is all you need to know about Dead by Daylight joining the PlayStation Plus game catalog in August 2022.
Dead By Daylight Joins PlayStation Plus
Dead by Daylight will be available for Extra and Premium PlayStation Plus members to play from the PlayStation Plus game catalog starting 16th August 2022.

The PlayStation Plus version of Dead by Daylight includes multiple bonus original killers and survivors on top of the game's original three. The game comes with the original killers The Trapper, The Wraith, The Hillbilly, The Nurse, The Hag, The Huntress, and The Doctor.
Also included are the survivors Dwight Fairfield, Meg Thomas, Claudette Morel, Jake Park, Ace Visconti, Nea Karlsson, Bill Overbeck, Feng Min, and David King.
Each survivor and killer comes with their own three unique teachable perks, which, when the characters are Prestiged, can be taught to other characters.
Dead by Daylight will join the PlayStation Plus game catalog this month along with 11 other games:

There are a plethora of other iconic titles joining the service this month, from Bugsnax to Yakuza. Also included are some classic games like Uno and multiple editions of Monopoly. And that’s all - if you’re a PlayStation Plus member and you’ve been meaning to play Dead by Daylight, now is your chance.
Note that players will need to purchase any DLC packages separately from the main game. If you no longer have access to PlayStation Plus, you will lose access to Dead by Daylight.
