Chaos Shuffle Returns to Dead by Daylight Later This Month With New Dungeons & Dragons Rewards

Dead by Daylight's limited-time Chaos Shuffle mode will return later this month for another iteration, and this time, it's Dungeons and Dragons themed. Along with the new modifier, players will be able to earn DND-themed rewards including a dragon charm, banner, and more. New Dungeons & Dragons cosmetics will also accompany the mode's re-release.

Chaos Shuffle is one of Dead by Daylight's limited-time modes, switching up the game's gameplay in a unique queue. Chaos Shuffle is a randomizer mode, hiding players' perks from them before the game begins and giving them a random selection of four. This makes things a lot more chaotic - and often more difficult - for both survivors and killers, but so many fans love the mode that it's been highly requested to return. The mode last returned to the game from September to October 2024.

Thankfully, players won't have to wait too long to hop into a Chaos Shuffle match yet again. The Dead by Daylight Chaos Shuffle mode returns on 16 January 2025, and ends on 28 January. This gives fans almost two weeks to try out the new mode and earn the Dungeons & Dragons tome rewards.
