Dead by Daylight's board game is getting some major expansions for the first time since its release. The four new expansions are called Unbroken, Gatekeeper, and Malicious, with the fourth being a Deluxe Upgrade Kit.
Three of the new expansions - Unbroken, Gatekeeper, and the Upgrade Kit - were originally included in the Kickstarter Collectors' Edition of the game. Unbroken added five new killers and survivors include Oni, Deathslinger, Yui, and Felix, while Gatekeeper added another five, including Huntress, Legion, Kate, and David.
The Deluxe Upgrade Kit, on the other hand, comes not with new characters but with accessories such as mini hooks and generators, special Bloodpoint tokens, and even a new board with several all-new locations like Crotus Prenn and Ormond.
While Unbroken, Gatekeeper, and the Upgrade Kit were all originally available through the game's Collector's Edition on Kickstarter, the Malicious expansion features entirely new content. It comes with four new survivors: Jonah, Haddie, Mikaela, and Vittorio, as well as three new killers: Dredge, Artist, and Knight. In addition to those new characters come two new Realms for survivors and killers alike to explore: Forsaken Boneyard and the Withered Isle.
The Unbroken, Gatekeeper, and Upgrade Kit expansions will be available starting early 2025 and are currently available for pre-order, with the Malicious expansion already available now.
