How to Unlock Scrooge McDuck's Store in Disney Dreamlight Valley: The Storybook Vale

Now that Disney Dreamlight Valley: The Storybook Vale has arrived, both new and veteran players are beginning to explore more of The Bind. Before conflicts against Hades or Maleficent can ramp up, Merida will task players with getting the main area of The Storybook Vale setup with key buildings before other villagers can arrive. Fortunately, it's not too difficult to unlock Scrooge McDuck's Store once again in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Unlock Scrooge's Store in The Storybook Vale

Once arriving in The Bind, players will begin their Storybook Vale journey helping Merida escape from inkies and securing the new Royal Net. When that's wrapped up, it's time to start filling up The Bind with staples that you'll need.

After beginning "A New Chapter", Merida will first get players to speak with Scrooge McDuck and Goofy. While they have independent requirements within this quest, you'll unlock both Scrooge McDuck's Store and Goofy's Stall at the same time.

While Goofy's Stall will help kickoff your new stock of ingredients, Scrooge McDuck's Store will help players grab new dailing items without being forced to return to the main valley or to The Docks from A Rift in Time. When you've spoken to both Goofy and Scrooge, the latter will send you on a journey with your Royal Pickaxe. 

Fortunately, you won't need to hunt for shiny gems or anything that requires the aid of a Miracle Pickaxe Potion. Just head to any rocks around the edges of The Bind and use your pickaxe on them.

Players will most likely score everything they need from one pass around The Bind, but spend some time on other tasks should you need to wait for rocks to respawn. Once everything has been collected, look for a construction sign in front of Scrooge's Store. You will also be able to use the sign at Chez Remy to round things out and finish setting up The Bind in Disney Dreamlight Valley: The Storybook Vale.
