How to Dig Up Worms for Sally in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The new Disney Dreamlight Valley "Sew Delightful" update added Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas as a character for the first time, and that means new friendship quests are available for players to take on. Once you've built up a solid Friendship Level for Sally at 4 or higher, you'll also need to make sure one other character has been fully unlocked. Get ready for some composting in the "Decay to Grow" quest for Sally in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Decay to Grow Quest Guide

While Sally's earliest quests focus on rebuilding her relationship with Jack Skellington, the Level 4 Friendship Quest instead focuses on Sally herself. In order to bring some of her favorite things from Halloween Town to the valley, Sally seeks out a way to grow her favorite plants. They just need some extra juice.

When you chat with Sally, the idea of creating a Compost Bin to have richer soil is brought up. You'll need the following items to craft a Compost Bin in Disney Dreamlight Valley:

• 15x Bricks
• 10x Soil
• 10x Dark Wood
• 3x Vegetable Trimmings from Remy

Bricks can be gouth at Kristoff's Stall, but they can also be crafted using 5 Clay and 1 Coal Ore. Just go digging if you need some extra soil, and search the Forgotten Lands to find Dark Wood. Lastly, go have a quick chat with Remy and he'll give you the necessary Vegetable Trimmings.

How to Find Dried Plants

Your next task will be gathering Dry Wood and Dried Plants for the Compost Bin. Dry Wood can drop by any trees placed in the Sunlit Plateau, but Dried Plants are unique to this quest and can be picked up off the ground in several locations around this area.

Once you have enough, return to Sally in the Vitalys Mines to learn that something broke into the Compost Bin. Gather the following to craft a Critter Trap to bring to Sally:

• 10x Hardwood
• 5x Blueberry
• 2x Iron Ingot
• 5x Dream Shard

Once the Critter Trap is delivered, it's time to head for the Glade of Trust.

How to Find Worms

You need one last thing to help get the Compost Bin fully prepped, and it's an easy one to miss while searching. Sally needs you to dig out some worms in the Glade of Trust, but first you have to find them.

The exact locations of worms in the Glade of Trust may vary from player to player, but we found several in the central area by Mother Gothel's house. Watch for sparkling dig spots, which may not be visible unless you're quite close, and then keep digging until you have enough to return to Sally. A few more conversations and the discovery of your "critter" problem will wrap things up for Decay to Grow in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
