How To Unlock The Dream Castle In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To get to the Dream Castle quest, follow the main questline until you get to your house and gather all of the Royal Tools.

You'll need to collect 2,000 Dreamlight to get through the blocked doors to the Dream Castle, which are blocked by Night Thorns. You'll also need to complete 3 Dreamlight Duties.
It's unlikely you'll have already completed the requirements, so make sure you do so before going back to Merlin.
Once you've completed these requirements, meet with Merlin again near the entrance to the Dream Castle. He'll help you clear the Thorns and let you in the doors.
