Disney Dreamlight Valley is finally leaving early access and will be launched globally with the release of the first expansion pass that will include A Rift in Time update. Disney Dreamlight Valley A Rift In Time will launch on December 5, 2023, and it costs $29.99 and can be purchased separately or as part of the Gold Bundle that includes both the base game and the expansion pass for a discounted price. The expansion pass will be available for all platforms that support the game and include multiple updates mentioned in the roadmap below.

Everything Coming To Disney Dreamlight Valley A Rift In Time

Disney Dreamlight Valley A Rift In Time will bring a new region called Eternity Isle, divided into three biomes i.e. Glittering Dunes, Wild Tangle, and Ancient’s Landing. Each biome has its own unique landscape, flora, fauna, and secrets to discover. New characters like Gaston from Beauty and the Beast, Rapunzel from Tangled, EVE from WALL-E, and Jafar from Aladdin will also be a part of it.

The story of the update involves Jafar, the villain from Aladdin, who has created a rift in time that threatens to destroy the valley. You will need to team up with Rapunzel, Gaston, and Eve to stop him and restore the balance of time.

Apart from this, a new tool called the Hourglass, which can sense and release hidden treasure lost in time, will also be added that you can use to manipulate time and change the environment in various ways.

The update will also bring a new mini-game called Timeless Tales, a board-game-style adventure that you can play with your villagers. You can choose different paths and outcomes based on your decisions and dice rolls.

Multiplayer Mode for Disney Dreamlight Valley called ValleyVerse is also coming to the game that will let you invite up to three friends at a time to your valley via a rainbow teleporter.

Last but not least, a new Star Path that unlocks winter rewards and seasonal outfits for your characters will also be added, and you can also unlock new ingredients and recipes for cooking, such as biryani, poutine, and arepas in A Rift In Time.
