Hershel "Dr Disrespect" Beahm continues to be one of the most entertaining and influential figures in the streaming industry despite his permanent ban from Twitch, which saw him land on YouTube accompanied with great success.
It's no surprise that developers and game companies are still reaching out to him as we've seen recently with First Watch Game's Rogue Company, which added the Doc as a character skin and his beloved Champion's Club Arena as a playable map. Now, it seems Doc has something new cooking up alongside CD Projekt Red, the developers behind Cyberpunk 2077.
In tweet shared this 16th November, Dr Disrepect said his daily scheduled stream wouldn't be happening as usual due to him being "kinda busy." This was accompanied by a clip of Cyberpunk's imagery and even Doc's named stylised in the same fashion as the official Cyberpunk 2077 title.
Pushing today’s stream to tomorrow.

Is Dr Disrespect going to be in Cyberpunk 2077?

At the time of writing we have zero information regarding what sort of deal is being devised by CD Projekt and the Doc -- maybe it's just the streamer confirming he'll be playing the game day 1 on release, or it could involve something bigger like him making a small appearance in the vast, dense, gritty world of Cyberpunk 2077.
This wouldn't be the first time a content creator made an appearance in a AAA title, far from it. Just this past October, Spanish sensation ElRubius was unveiled as a playable character in Ubisoft's Watch Dogs: Legion.
Whatever the case may be, we'll keep you updated on all things Cyberpunk 2077 and Dr Direspect.
