When one of the best Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) players is in top form, it's beautiful...and devasting for their opponents. That's what we saw at ESL Pro League Season 20 during a Group B match, where Team Spirit's Danil "donk" Kryshkovets exceeded even the most lofty expectations.

In the opening match of Group B, Team Spirit had a closely contested match against Wildcard Gaming, with 13-11 on Ancient and overtime needed to seal the deal on Nuke (16-13).
One wouldn't, therefore, expect that Danil "donk" Kryshkovets went absolutely beast mode, breaking the MR12 kill record in CS2 esports. Yes, donk absolutely did dunk on Wildcard Gaming, with 38 kills on Ancient. The previous record was 37 kills on an MR12 map, and on LAN, it was 36 kills from Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken.
donk didn't stop there, however, as he scored 37 kills on the second map, Nuke, meaning he scored an average of 37.5 kills per map in the series. That's insane. Yes, he evened the record once and then broke it in one best-of-three series.
You can check out some highlights of the record-breaking performance from Team Spirit's star rifler below, which includes an Ace on Nuke and four kills in one round on Ancient.
With donk clearly hitting top form, it's a frightening sight for all teams at ESL Pro League Season 20. Next up, Team Spirit will face Brazillian side MIBR in Group B. Good luck to MIBR, you are going to need it!
