It was incredible to see four-time Major winner and two-time Major MVP, Danish legend Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz, show CS2 esports fans why he should be feared on the server in the all-important elimination match, SAW vs. Astralis. 

After Astralis lost to NAVI in the opening match of BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024, despite a decent performance from dev1ce, fans wondered if the AWPer and IGL still have what it takes or could make the right calls on the server.

If there were any doubters about Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz's current form, they should now be very quiet. The Danish AWPer managed a massive 36 kills to 13 deaths and a mind-bending HLTV player rating of 1.90. 

Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz both led his team and clicked heads with the best of them, topping the scoreboard in the SAW vs. Astralis match with ease. 

Not only that, but we saw glimpses of the flashy dev1ce of old, something all players should fear. Yes, dev1ce even scored a collateral kill on Dust2 with perfect timing as the smoke cleared.
