Match start times are estimated by the tournament organizer. Delays can occur, and matches can run much longer than expected if there are overtime situations. 

BLAST Premier Spring Final Format

The BLAST Premier Spring Final starts with a Group Stage, which features two double-elimination GSL-style format groups. All matches are best-of-three. The winners of each group advance directly to the semifinals of the playoffs, and the runners-up advance to the quarterfinals as the high seeds. The third-placed teams advance to the quarterfinals as the low seeds. The bottom team in each group is eliminated.

The remaining six teams will compete in a single-elimination bracket playoffs, where quarterfinal and semifinal matches are best-of-three, and the grand final is best-of-five.
