Best AK-47 SMG loadout for Warzone Season 3

With the release of Season 3 in Call of Duty: Warzone, many players are scrambling to figure out which weapons reign supreme amid important balance changes that took place with the latest patch notes. 

One gun that's been standing out over the rest of guns, with streamers like FaZe Swagg bringing awareness to it, is the AK-47 SMG, introduced during Cold War this SMG version of the infamous assault rifle is proving to be they weapon to have in your hands when dropping into Verdansk.

Let's take a look at the so-called "broken" AK-47 SMG loadout.

• Barrel: 20” Spetsnaz RPK
• Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight
• Stock: KGB Skeletal Stock
• Ammunition: 45 Rnd
• Rear Grip: Serpent Wrap

The basis of this loadout is the one used by Twitch streamer Repullze, one of the pioneers behind the discovery of this incredible weapon.

This loadout prioritizes super close-ranged engages to melt opponents. We start with the 20” Spetsnaz RPK barrel, which adds 11% more damage, but more importantly, up to 50% better bullet velocity, which will make you an unstoppable machine. There's a penalty to both horizontal and vertical recoil, but since you'd be wanting to use this at almost point-blank you shouldn't worry too much about this. 

For better Reveal Distance (up to 40%), in other words, how well it lets you spot enemies when aiming, the Tiger Team Spotlight laser is ideal. You'll need to get the upper hand, as the KGB Skeletal Stock prioritizes ADS and movement speed over aim stability.

Finally, the Serpent Wrap rear grip makes you ADS 25%. Simply put, once you see a target, you'll be ready to melt them down with this insanely fast AR turned SMG.
