Best weapons in Warzone Season 3: The strongest and most broken guns

And to be honest, we don't blame you, as we like to play with only the best weapons as well. After all, everyone likes winning, and using the best options available is a completely normal thing to do.

With the start of Warzone Season 3, the meta has drastically changed, as developers have added three new weapons to the game, there is a completely new Verdansk map, and there's a bunch of balance changes, both buffs and nerfs across all almost weapons classes.

Some particularly strong weapons have been toned-down, some weaker have been buffed, but all in all, it seems that the meta is in a reasonably healthy state.

But even in the healthiest of the metas, there is always that one weapon that is simply performing better than all else in its class.

The best weapon in every class for Warzone Season 3

Best assault rifle: M13

The M13 is still by far one of the best rifles in the game.

It has an interesting variety of attachments, and it allows players to be very mobile, which is of utter importance in Warzone.

It comes with low damage for an assault rifle, but it is excellent at both mid-range and close range, and it can kills enemies with 4 or 5 shots with headshots.

Its biggest strength is how easy is for handling. Move speed is reasonable, and ADS speed is among the fastest in the class, while recoil is quite manageable. All in all, always a safe pick!

Best sub-machine gun: PPSh-41

The PPSh-41 is the newest addition to this class, added with the start of Season 3 and we can already safely say that it is one of the strongest SMGs in the game and our preferred choice for the class.

The damage per shot of this weapon is not particularly high, but that is compensated with an extraordinary fast fire rate and "high-capacity capabilities" which makes it perfect for rushing and engaging in close-quarter combat. 

Best light-machine gun: Stoner 63

Another easy choice in this category. Stoner 63 comes with an improved fire rate and with a larger ammo capacity, all that while recoil is completely reasonable for a light-machine gun.

The Stoner 63 has the highest rate of fire of all LMGs and it hits really hard, while his only weak spot is basically the fact that it is not very accurate, but that is still not enough to change our decision of calling it the best LMG in Warzone.

Best Sniper/Marksman rifle: Kar98k

Kar98k is still the best long-range weapon in the game for those of you who like to kill enemies from a distance. A WW2 relic that is still extremely lethal in the hands of skilled players.

The Kar98k can kill with just one shot and it has 15 bullets by default, but keep in mind that it reloads painfully slowly, so you need to make sure that every bullet counts.

Best shotgun: Streetsweeper

The legendary Streetsweeper is our choice in this class. It comes with an extraordinary fast fire rate and the largest ammo pool in the class.

This full-auto shotgun is one of the best weapons in the game for close-quarter combat and its only weakness is that it reloads really slowly, so if you are ever in a situation to reload and your enemies are still alive and nearby, you are basically dead.

Thankfully, that's not going to happen often, as enemies will more likely be already eliminated at that point.

Best pistol: Renetti

The Renetti excels in close range combat, thanks to its speed and handling. 

Its unique gunsmithing features allow for this weapon to be very versatile. It's an excellent support weapon, and it is the best when you need to quickly finish your opponents in a heat of battle.
