Atlanta FaZe’s Black Ops 4 Throwback Invitational: How to watch, teams, schedule and more

If you are a Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 esports fan, then Atlanta FaZe's BLOPS4 Throwback Invitational tournament is one not to be missed. Prize Pool

There's a prize pool of $25,000 up for grabs in the Atlanta FaZe BLOPS4 Throwback Invitational.

The prize pool distribution is:

• 1st place - $15,000
• 2nd place - $7,500
• 3rd place - $2,500

Teams will be fighting it out for their share of the prize pool. 

The teams

The Atlanta FaZe's BLOPS4 Throwback Invitational will see a total of 16 teams compete. These are some seriously stacked teams, with six CDL teams putting rosters forward for the tournament. 

There's also upcoming talent coming from the Challengers league. Either other teams have managed to get a spot via the tournament's recent open qualifiers.

Format

The tournament format for Atlanta FaZe's BLOPS4 Throwback Invitational will consist of a group stage, where teams have been divided into four groups.

The top two teams from each group will advance to the winner's bracket, while the bottom two teams will advance to the loser's bracket. 

The third-seeded team in each group will be placed into loser's round 2, while the bottom team will be placed into the first round of the loser's bracket.

Schedule

The Atlanta FaZe's BLOPS4 Throwback Invitational main event takes place from 23rd to 25th October 2020.

Each day, the tournament will kick off at 17:00 BST, so mark those calendars and set your alarms for some Black Ops 4 esports action.
