Featuring an alt-history story setting that could take dozens of hours to fully complete, Atomic Heart releases for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation on 21 February 2023, free for those with an Xbox Game Pass subscription. The game also features dozens of achievements/trophies, depending on your gaming platform of choice.

All Atomic Heart Trophies/Achievements
There are a total of 42 trophies for PlayStation gamers to earn on PS4 or PS5 in Atomic Heart. This means there is 41 Atomic Heart achievements on Xbox/PC since these platforms don't have anything like a "Platinum" trophy.
All together, there are three (3) Gold trophies, eight (8) silver trophies, and 30 Bronze trophies to earn in order to get the Platinum trophy in Atomic Heart. Many of these achievements/trophies can be considered spoilers, including boss names, locations, and some happenings in the story.

Players can complete all the trophies/achievements in Atomic Heart by following the instructions as per the trophy description. For PlayStation gamers in particular, completing all the trophies will earn them the Platinum trophy for Atomic Heart, which is called The Motherland Does Not Forget its Heroes.
