It's been an incredible journey so far for Assassin's Creed: Valhalla with the game developers continuing to update, expand, and improve the game. Title updates have brought new challenges for players to complete, as well as countless new items to create a unique visual experience.

After a recent event brought Tombs of the Fallen to the England territory of the map, Ubisoft is back with more new content for dedicated AC Valhalla players. It's a new weapon to deal out serious damage, and it can be yours for free by completing challenges.

How to get Basim's Sword in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla

As the holiday's are finally upon us, AC Valhalla's developers, Ubisoft, are feeling the season of giving. To kick off the month of December, AC Valhalla players will have the chance to unlock Basim's Sword simply by completing a challenge.

To make the challenge even easier and more attainable, Ubisoft has set the challenge to be a community acheivment, increasing the odds of the target being reached. The challenge will be time-limited, and AC Valhalla players will have until 9th December to complete the task.

From now until 9th December, play your part to help the community perform 250,000 kills using a one-handed sword to unlock a free Basim's Sword in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla.
