Ubisoft recently held a livestream to celebrate an incredible landmark for the Assassin's Creed franchise. The Assassin's Creed 15-year anniversary stream produced lots of exciting content for fans, with multiple titles set to receive major updates.

As was shown in the 15-year anniversary celebration livestream, Assassin's Creed Valhalla The Forgotten Saga, Eivor will take on enemies of all sorts throughout Niflheim in the new expansion.

There will be exclusive rewards to unlock as players progress through the DLC and reach different milestones, all while uncovering more exciting lore to continue the storyline in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. While the celebration livestream did not provide a hard release date for The Forgotten Saga, it was said to be featured in 2022, so it can only be a matter of months away.

To the delight of many Assassin's Creed Valhalla players, The Forgotten Saga expansion is set to be a free DLC for all players who already own the title. The download size is likely to vary depending on the platform, but another free expansion is certainly good news for ACV players.
