Are new game modes coming to Among Us?

Among Us fans, the social deduction game that took the world by storm during the second half of 2020, are eagerly awaiting the new content that developer InnerSloth Games has detailed previously, including a whole new map with unique tasks to complete.

One thing on everyone's mind, however, has been the inclusion of different game modes besides the core experience or maybe even more modifiers that help spice the gameplay up.

In a recent FAQ posted on InnerSloth's steam page, the developers acknowledged the community's desire for more Among Us game modes, especially after fans have made variants like Hide'n'Seek highly popular.

"Game modes are being discussed internally, but they are currently low priority. No specifics to share yet," InnerSloth mentioned.

So there you have it, while we can't expect anything in the short term, keep your hopes up for a future updated to Among Us that will bring possible new game modes to the indie title.
