EA Sports WRC Game Modes & Features
While more information regarding the new game modes and features has yet to be unveiled by the developer, we know of a few new game modes, including the Builder mode, to be included with the base game. This mode lets drivers build their dream rally car from the chassis to the car’s body shell, the engine, and mechanical parts to the interiors.
Additionally, they can put that “final touch’ on their rally car by visiting the Livery Editor, where they can use stock manufacturer liveries or create custom ones for their car. Lastly, they can take their car onto the tracks to test its performance and fine-tune various adjustments before submitting a driver and the car into Championship tournaments to battle test against the best drivers.
The developer has also confirmed that EA Sports WRC will support cross-platform multiplayer sessions at launch. Players can race against their friends and other players online in 32-player lobbies, with Clubs serving as the game’s community hub, which hosts various club tournaments for players to participate in.
Lastly, Moments is a unique game mode in which players can relive pivotal moments in the history of the FIA World Rally Championship. They’ll be able to reenact these moments from the 2023 season to its archival events, which will be updated and refreshed daily.
