A couple of weeks ago, Katarina was officially added to the roster of champions available in League of Legends: Wild Rift.
However, some other champions announced alongside her are still waiting to be available in-game, as is the case with Rammus which will be released in Patch 2.2.
Mount Targon champions are coming to Wild Rift
Today, Riot Games released the first official art for one of the champions on their list of characters coming to the game during March: Leona, the Radiant Dawn.
She, along with Diana and Pantheon, will make their debut in the mobile game through an event related to Mount Targon, the place of origin of each of these champions and which has one of the most mysterious but fascinating lore in the League of Legends universe.

Mount Targon is the mightiest peak in Runeterra, a place shrouded in stardust and myth. Sun-worshipping tribes live on its cliffsides, scraping out a living from the rock itself, while a secret sect of moon worshippers wait for their time in the light.
When does the Mount Targon event start?

Details about this event have not yet been released, however, it is expected that as the launch of these champions approaches near the end of the month, everything related to this will be announced.
Likewise, we must remember that this 29th March, the Wild Rift Open Beta will be available for the Americas region, both for Android devices and also for iOS.
