As of this writing, Kuro Games has not announced the start and end time for the second closed beta of Wuthering Waves. However, it's been revealed that the last date for registering for the beta is 7 February, 2024. 

How To Register For The Wuthering Waves Second Closed Beta

You can register for the second closed beta of Wuthering Waves on the game's official website. Simply click on the CBT 2 option on the front page, and it will direct you to a Recruitment survey. These include pretty standard questions, such as the platforms you play games on and your familiarity with action games, as well as some pretty strange ones, like the amount of money you spend per month on mobile gacha games.

Complete the survey, and Kuro Games should reach out to you at your registered email address before the start of the beta.
