Wild Rift may soon arrive in India after Riot job listing discovered

League of Legends: Wild Rift is currently in its open beta stage in a few countries like the US, Singapore, Philippines, etc., and has already gained a lot of popularity not only among MOBA fans but also among players from other genres. However, India, a country with one of the biggest mobile gaming markets worldwide, has not received an official release yet.

While we have seen a lot of Indian players playing League of Legends: Wild Rift using VPNs, it's currently not feasible option as Riot disabled the ability to connect to Wild Rift servers using a VPN. Since then, players have been eagerly waiting for Riot to make a move and release Wild Rift in India. 

It looks like the wait is going to be over soon as Riot is looking for a Country Manager in India to help them set up and grow our business in India. You might be wondering what's so special about it, and here's the answer:

When you look at the Required Qualifications for this role, you will find that the person applying for this job should have "an understanding of the mobile games market in India." This clearly points us to the direction that Riot Games is preparing for the launch of Wild Rift in India. 

While you might think that this could be for Valorant Mobile, this is not the case right now as the game is in its development stage. Wild Rift arriving in India will be an exciting gift to all the mobile players in India after the most popular MOBA game, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang was banned in 2020.
