Do you want to go for a ride? Sure you do! Later in August, players will be able to enjoy the Riders Republic beta before its full release on 28 October 2021. For those who are unaware, Riders Republic is dubbed as a "mass multiplayer outdoor extreme sports game" featuring a whole lot of activities, from biking to gliding through the skies with a wingsuit, snowboarding, riding dirtbikes and much more. The big draw of Riders Republic is Mass Races, the large scale competition set in an open world based on several US National Parks. If this sounds exciting to you, then there's a Riders Republic beta to register for.
Here's what you need to know about the Riders Republic beta, from the content that will be available to players, to the exact release and end dates, and how to register.
Riders Republic beta dates & times
The first Riders Republic beta will start on 23rd August at 07:00 UTC. Players will just have a couple of days to test out the game in the first beta test.
On 25th August 2021 at 16:00 UTC, the first Riders Republic beta test will come to an end. While not confirmed, we expect more betas before the game's release in October, as the registration page does not "register for betas", as in plural.
Content in Riders Republic beta
The Riders Republic beta is, of course, a beta. This means not all content for the full release will be available. We are, however, excited to try out the Mass Races, which will form part of the beta content.
The following multiplayer modes will be available as part of the Riders Republic beta content.
- Mass Races: The crazier the better in these epic, multisport races with more than 50 players. New races appear randomly on the map every hour, so players will need to get ready to watch their blind spots, protect their position and remain agile with their skills as they fight their way to the finish line.
- Tricks Battle: Compete in 6v6 matchups and try to land as many tricks as possible on the various modules to capture them and earn points. The team with the highest score wins.
- Free for All: Challenge new opponents and show them how it’s done through a select playlist of events.
- Versus Mode: Players can join up with friends in their career progression and see who’s the very best.
Players will also get to test out a bit of three careers in Riders Republic, including Snow Tricks, Air Sports and Bike Races.
