Layers of Fear Demo Now Available, Release Date Revealed

Layers of Fear will be launching on June 15 this year for PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC, and you can play the game right now thanks to a newly released demo. In a short statement, Bloober Team has stated:

"This short demo will allow players to jump into the first few minutes of the game and experience the game's opening cinematic video, which introduces the story of the Writer, the game's final protagonist" 

The game was announced last year and will include the original Layers of Fear, the Inheritance DLC, and Layers of Fear 2 rebuilt from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5 and was announced last year during Summer Game Fest.

Bloober Team are also working on a remake of the beloved horror classic Silent Hill 2, which is reportedly close to finishing development, so this isn't the only horror game they currently have on their plate, though it is the only title to currently have a release date.
