Rebellion Developments has decided that it is time for all of us to become what we always wanted - Evil Genius ready to take over the world!

That's right, legendary strategy classic is currently free to claim, but only for an undefined limited time, so you would want to hurry up and grab your free copy of it while it's still available!

In the press release regarding the giveaway Rebellion in their own way explains this "evil plan" of theirs.

“Yes, thanks to Evil Genius, Rebellion will put a stop to any and all homebound productivity, sending the world into an inexorable nadir of ineffectiveness! Mwahahahaha!”

Anyway, the game is free via Rebellion website, and you will need to have Rebellion account in order to claim your copy, then you will need to connect your Steam account with it, and when you do that, the game will appear in your Steam library, where it will stay forever.

If you never had a chance to play this classic, now it's a perfect time. The game is fun and it has great humour, but it is also quite challenging and very addictive! The sequel is coming later this year, called Evil Genius 2: World Domination, so this is a perfect way to get into the series.
