Riot has officially announced the complete schedule for 2025 VCT season, along with the locations of both Masters and Champions events. The season will bring back Kickoff in January 2024 and this time, it will have a brand new format.
A total of 12 teams, including partnered and two Ascension winners of 2023 & 2024, will compete in a double elimination bracket throughout the event. The winner and runner up of Kickoff in each region will solidify their slot for Masters Bangkok, happening in February.

Top 3 in Stage 1 go to Toronto (12 teams total)
Stage 2 not including Stage 1 records, Top 3+1 go to Paris (16 teams total)
After Kickoff, Stage 1 will begin in March and will go all the way till May, from where the top three teams will move forward to Masters Toronto, schedule to begin in June. It will be followed by Stage 2 in July and unlike the 2023 season, the points from Stage 1 will not carry forward to Stage 2.
The qualified teams will then play at the biggest VCT event of the year i.e. Valorant Champions Paris in September. After the season is over, November will bring the action from Game Changers Championship; however, its location has not been revealed yet.
