Where To Find Gas Mask In Unturned: All Maps

In Unturned, you'll find yourself dropped in a large zombie-infested map with nothing but the clothes on your back. You'll need to use your own resourcefulness to find food, weapons, and warm clothes, all while keeping zombies (and potentially other players) at bay. 

As you explore across the maps, you'll eventually come across Deadzones — a permanent, radioactive area that appears in certain locations. To survive, you'll need a Gas Mask or a Biohazard Hood to stop the immunity loss, but you'll also need to refresh the Filter from time to time to keep the radiation out. Below, we'll tell you where to find Gas Masks in each playable map.

Unturned Gas Mask Locations: All Maps

Russia Gas Mask Location

If you're playing on the Russia map in Unturned, you'll be able to find a Gas Mask at any Fire Station location. This includes Novobirsk, and the Firewatch Base. Here, you'll also be able to pick up an extra Filter. Both the Gas Mask and Filter are Rare items that'll help combat radiation.

You'll also find Firefighter zombies, who have a chance of dropping additional items. The Deadzone in Russia can be found at the Oil Rig. 

Germany Gas Mask Location

On the Germany map in Unturned, you'll once again be able to find a Gas Mask at any Fire Station location. You'll also be able to pick up an extra Filter. Both the Gas Mask and Filter are Rare items that'll help combat radiation.

You'll also find Firefighter zombies, who have a chance of dropping additional items. Germany's Deadzone is around the town of Cologne.

Greece Gas Mask Location

If you're playing on the Greece map in Unturned, you'll be able to find a Gas Mask at Fire Station locations, as well as an extra Filter. Both the Gas Mask and Filter are Rare items that'll help combat radiation.You'll also find Firefighter zombies, who have a chance of dropping additional items.

It's also been reported that Gas Masks can be found at Police Stations. The Deadzone in Greece covers Meteora Military Base and Trinity Monastary.

France Gas Mask Location

Like the above maps, if you're playing on France in Unturned, you'll be able to find a Gas Mask at Fire Stations and pick up an extra Filter while you're at it. Both the Gas Mask and Filter are Rare items that'll help combat radiation.

You'll also find Firefighter zombies, who have a chance of dropping additional items. In France, a large Deadzone can be found around Marseille and a smaller one around Flamanville Power.

Rio De Janeiro Gas Mask Location

Gas Masks can also be found in Fire Station locations on the Rio De Janeiro map in Unturned. Here, you'll also be able to pick up an extra Filter. Both the Gas Mask and Filter are Rare items that'll help combat radiation.

You'll also find Firefighter zombies, who have a chance of dropping additional items. 

Hawaii Gas Mask Location

When playing on the Hawaii map in Unturned, you'll be able to find a Gas Mask at the Coastguard station. Naturally, this location will be found on the map's coast. Note that there are a number of small Deadzones around this map, including some along the coastline, so navigate carefully. 

Belgium Gas Mask Location

On the Belgium Map in Unturned, Gas Masks can be found at the following Research Locations: 

• Brussels Hospital
• Nulirane Research Centre
• Ypres

Note that the Deadzone in Belgium is around the town of Ypres. 

Cyprus Survival Gas Mask Location

If you're playing on the Cyprus Survival map in Unturned, you'll be able to pick up a Gas Mask at both Fire Stations and Police Stations. There should be four Police Station locations in total:

• Nicosia Airport's security office.
• Paphos' large police station.
• Salamis' police station.
• The vaults in banks.

PEI Gas Mask Location

Despite there being a tiny Deadzone near the fields at Tignish Farm around the Scorpion-7 Sign in PEI, you're unlikely to find a Gas Mask. However, you will be able to find a Biohazard Hood near these two Deadzone locations which will have the same affect as a Gas Mask.

Washington Gas Mask Location

Like PEI, there's no Gas Mask in the Washington Map, despite there being a Deadzone around the UFO. However, you will be able to find a Biohazard Hood at Scorpion-7 and at the UFO. 

Yukon Gas Mask Location

Again, there's no Gas Mask on the Yukon Map. Instead, players will need to locate a Biohazard Hood which can be found at Off Limits, the Overturned Ship, and the Crashed Skycrane.

The Deadzone in Yukon can be found around the Crashed Skycrane.

California Gas Mask Location

On Unturned's California Map, you'll be able to find a Gas Mask at both Military locations and Police locations. The Military locations include:

• Bixby Bridge, California
• Calabasas Hospital, California
• Costa Mesa Mall Loading Bay Parking Lot, California
• Tunnel Checkpoint

Note that there are two smaller Deadzones found around Calabasas.
