You can join by signing up with the game's Steam page by clicking on Request Access" for the Undisputed Online Beta. This beta is to test the game's online infrastructure, and not everyone will get it.
The developers explain what the first Undisputed Online Beta is all about: "The main reason for the test is so that we can test our multiplayer infrastructure and experience. We want to make sure the game plays well online and that the system scales well with thousands of people online at the same time. It’s also a great opportunity for us to listen to some initial gameplay feedback from the community before we head into early access."
Steam will send you an email when/if you get access to the Beta. At this point, gamers can join an Undisputed Beta build during some exact dates and times.
