Silent Hill 2's remake is coming out later this year, and it seems Konami is celebrating with the release of an exclusive new Silent Hill merch line, only available for one week starting today. The new merch line designed by Graveyard Goods not only includes attire like shirts and shorts, but a skateboard and cap as well. Each of the designs features an Official Konami Shop exclusive colorway.
Each of the shirts features a unique maximalist Silent Hill 2 design featuring the game's characters and scenes from the game. The shorts feature Angela Orosco from the game's cover, along with its logo and a little graphic of Pyramid Head. All of the graphics are from the original Silent Hill 2, not from Bloober Team's upcoming remake.
The merch line-up is available for pre-order on Konami's website from 23 July until 30 July at 10 AM PST, with most items shipping a little under a month after sales end. While most items have unlimited stock until the week is up, there are only 200 copies of the Maria skateboard - so if you're interested in picking one up to add to your collection, you'll want to do so soon. All of the items that are part of this release are either brand-new, or were only available once previously in June.
The new merch release comes just in time for fans to get their shirts before the release of the new Silent Hill 2. Konami and Bloober Team's Silent Hill 2 remake is set to release on 8 October 2024, on PlayStation and PC (Steam). Developers finally announced the highly-anticipated and much-discussed release date back in June, in a 13-minute gameplay trailer that had many fans discussing their love - and others, their intense dislike - for the new Angela, Maria, and James models.
