In order to reach the Tiki Outpost Island, you will first need to go to Hydra Arena in the Third Sea. When you are there, set your bearings directly North. Next, travel straight, and you will eventually get to the docks at the Tiki Outpost Island in Blox Fruits.

As you approach the land, you'll see the docks as well as a large white and grey arch made of rock. You'll also spot a large temple in the middle of the island. Note that this is a Level 2450 zone  — if you're not strong enough, you might struggle to battle the enemies.
