To unlock the Giorno Requiem Fighting Style, you must first face the Giorno Boss located on Solo Island. Specifically, you need to defeat the Super variant of this boss, which spawns randomly and has a 3% chance of dropping the required item, the Giorno Requiem Energy.

Once you obtain the Giorno Requiem Energy from the boss, take it along with 500k Gems to the Giorno Requiem Trainer on Solo Island to unlock the Giorno Requiem Fighting Style. The next step is to awaken this fighting style and access its final abilities.

For awakening, you’ll also need the Giorno Requiem Arrow, which is dropped by the Giorno Boss. This arrow has a 10% drop rate from the regular boss, so you should be able to collect the ten needed while farming for the Energy.

Additionally, make sure you are at least level 2000 or higher. Once you have the Arrows and meet the level requirement, visit the Giorno Requiem Awakener, also on Solo Island, to awaken the fighting style’s final abilities.
