Discovery quests are an excellent way for players to learn more about the lore of Kilima Village and Bahari Bay and the Villagers that call these locations home. However, only a little is known about who previously owned their Housing plot in which a lovely day gardening turns into a mystery novel as an ominous object is found.
The Pulsing Key unironically holds the key as they’ll have to ask around for information and clues in solving the subsequent quest, Keyed In. We’ve carefully detailed in this guide the quest objectives for completing the Keyed In quest without any explosions in Palia.
Palia Keyed In Quest Objectives List
Keyed In is one of the recently added Discovery quests players can acquire in Palia, which they can easily find. This quest will help players learn more about the previous plot owner after a mysterious object was discovered on the housing plot, and they’ll have to investigate this recent discovery.
Nevertheless, if you wish to complete this quest before resuming the daily activities, we’ve listed all the quest objectives to complete for the Keyed In quest in Palia:
- Talk with Jina about the mysterious key
- Ask around about your plot’s prior resident
- See if what you learned can help Jina
How To Complete The Keyed In Quest In Palia?
The Keyed In quest, as mentioned before, is a Discovery quest triggered after finding a mysterious object on the housing plot. If you wish to learn how to retrieve this object, players are to till the gardening soil for which an object will shine upon its discovery, which gets added to the Inventory.
With the mysterious object, to be a Pulsing Key, in hand, proceed to speak with Jina, which, depending on the time of day, can either be at Mirror Pond Ruins or the village library. She’ll reveal that the Pulsing Key happens to be a type of magic bomb that can be set off fairly quickly and needs to be deactivated promptly.
She advises that speaking with other Villagers may help you learn more about the previous lot owner, Florencio, who was a tinkerer of sorts. As specific information can help them uncover the missing clue to deactivating the Pulsing Key, there are a few Villagers that players can speak to Eshe, Eloiusa, and Ashura.
While each Villager will give different perspectives and opinions of Florencio, Ashura will provide players with the correct clue needed, and they can return to Jina to inform her of what they learned. With the information and hints provided to them by Eshe, Eloiusa, and Ashura, they can deactivate the Pulsing Key successfully, which completes the quest and rewards them with the Emberborn Hanging Lamp Furnishing item.
Palia is currently available via the Epic Games Store and in Open Beta for PC, as players can install the game launcher detailed in this guide. The game is now available to download for Nintendo Switch as of 14th December 2023.
