How To Complete The Backbone Of The Community Friendship Quest In Palia?
After players have reached Friendship Level 2 with Kilima Village’s spiritual leader, Chayne, they can first speak to Kenli to learn that Chayne hasn’t been his usual self. They can then find him at the Dragon Shrine in the mornings, the Apothecary during the day, and at Ormuu’s Horn Inn at night to learn what has been bothering him.
Players will discover that his telescope has malfunctioned and is no longer working, as they’ll assist Chayne in finding someone who has an aptitude for repairing a broken telescope. They can progress this quest by speaking to Najuma, who can be found at her workshop near her home or the lake by her home, where she’ll instruct them to gather a few items for the repairs.
Silver Ores are mined from Copper nodes in Kilima Village, while the Heartwood Logs are foraged from Evergreen trees in Bahari Bay. Lastly, Glass Panes can be crafted at the Glass Furnace once stones are placed into the Hopper before returning to Chayne with the crafting materials.
Once they’ve delivered the materials to Chayne, who first refuses them, he’ll accept them to help him repair his telescope, concluding this Friendship quest. As compensation, they can improve their Friendship with Chayne as well as receiving 20 Renown, ten Sweet Leaf and ten Dragon’s Beard Peat upon the quest’s completion.
