Magic The Gathering: Doctor Who Masters Of Evil Decklist

Of the four Commander decks released as part of the Doctor Who Universes Beyond Magic The Gathering set, Masters of Evil is the most interesting. It presents no Doctors in the deck and instead focuses on the iconic villains of Doctor Who such as the Daleks, the Cybermen, and The Master. The strategy here is to flood the field with as many creature tokens as possible, and a lot of cards facilitate this.
