Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak has a massive collection of armor sets that you will essentially need on your hunter journey. To craft these armors, you will require a variety of materials and Prized Pelt is one of them. It’s one of the brand new crafting materials that debuted with Sunbreak expansion.
Therefore, many players are having a hard time obtaining Prized Pelt in the Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak. Before we move forward to the walk-through, it’s worth noting that Prized Pelt is a high-quality resource material that is only dropped by two monsters. With that in mind, we will now look at how to get Prized Pelt in Monster Hunter Rise.
How to get Prized Pelt – Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak
Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak players can obtain Prized Pelt from Master Rank Kelbi and Anteka, which can be found in the Shrine Ruins and Frost Islands, respectively. To start off, you’ll need to hunt down any one of these monsters on the Master Rank quests.
- Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak - All Weapons and Silkbinds
- MHR Sunbreak Awegite - Location, crafting, and more
- Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak - How to find Secret Island on Jungle Map
- Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak - How to beat Malzeno and cure Bloodblight
While Kelbi boasts a 30% drop rate for Prized Pelt, Anteka, on the other hand, only has an 18% chance of carving a Prized Pelt. On top of that, it’s much easier to find Kelbi than Anteka, as the former is scattered across multiple points within the Shrine Ruins. So we highly recommend hunting down a Kelbi to get a Prized Pelt.
Kelbi It’s a small, goat-like creature with blue fur that runs away if a Large Monster invades the location. Once in the Shrine Ruins, find Kelbi in areas 11, 13, and between 8 and 10. After finding them, hunt all Kelbis in your vision and carve them to obtain the Prized Pelt.
