Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak All Relic Record Locations In Shrine Ruins
Relic Record #1
The first Relic Record can be found by heading to Area 5 and climbing up to the large open area. From here you'll want to scale the large mountain using your Wirebugs, and once you reach the top you will find the first Relic Record.
Relic Record #2
The second Record is found near Area 6, where you will find a waterfall, and to the right of it, there will be a pathway that appears to snake into the mountains. Climb the ridge on the right side of the path and walk alongside it to find a small drop-off to your left, towards the path.
Here, tucked away against the side of the path, you will find the second Relic Record.
Relic Record #3
From Area 13, you can start heading up the path towards Area 13. From here, just before reaching area 12, you will notice a ridge with a small shrine sitting on top of it. Inside the Shrine you will find the third Relic Record.
Relic Record #4
On the eastern side of Area 11, there is a Torii gate that is entwined with a tree, and just near there you'll want to climb a small rock face that leads up to Wyvern nest. Using your Wirebugs, make your way up the face toward the nest and once you reach the top, you'll find the fourth Relic Record.
Relic Record #5
In Area 13 you'll find a rickety-looking bridge over a narrow passage. Make your way up to the bridge in any way you see fit, but you can climb the rock face just next to it. Once you reach the top, cross the bridge to find the fifth Relic Record.

Relic Record #6
Between Area 7 and 8 you'll find another Torii gate, and just to the left of the gate, you can climb your way up the rockface. As you do, there will be a small ledge of the rock face that holds the sixth Relic Record of Shrine Ruins.
Relic Record #7
In the southwest corner of Area 1, you can find a small set of lips in the ground that leads up to a giant tree that is leaning over Area 2. Climb up the tree and carefully walk onto the first branch to your right, until you reach the seventh Relic Record placed on the end of the branch.
Relic Record #8
Head to Area 6 and climb the ridge to the east, from which you'll notice that there's a small hole in the rock face towards the south of our location, though it can be hard to spot as it blends into the environment. Once you spot it, you can make your way to it using Wirebugs, and inside the small cavern, you'll find the eighth Relic Record.
Relic Record #9
In Area 7, you can make your way toward the old ruins and turn left immediately after entering the main gate. From there you'll see some bamboo and a patch of grass up ahead that you can cut down, revealing the ninth Relic Record.
Relic Record #10
At the top of the waterfall in between Area 2 and 6, you will spot a pathway to the east, with a tree growing out of the rock face. Climb to the top of this path, and you will find the tenth Relic Record.
