Minecraft Legends PC Specs: Minimum, Recommended & File Size

The new action-strategy title from Blackbird Interactive and Mojang Studios, Minecraft Legends, releases on 18 April 2023 for consoles and PC. Those on the latter platform will want to know if their gaming rig is up to the task, meeting either the minimum or recommended PC system requirements (specs) for Minecraft Legends.

The Minecraft Legends PC specs come directly from the game's Steam page. It is important to note that the game requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 to play. Further, your OS needs to have the May 2020 update or later.

• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 or AMD Radeon 285 or Intel HD 520 or equivalent DX12 GPU
• DirectX: Version 12

Recommended Minecraft Legends PC Specs:

• Processor: Core i5 3.4GHz or equivalent
• Memory: 8 GB RAM
• Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD FX-4100 Graphics
• DirectX: Version 12
• Network: Broadband Internet connection

The developers did add one note to the Minecraft Legends PC specs, stating:

Performance increases with higher-end systems. Not supported on Windows 10S.

Minecraft Legends File Size: How Big is the Download?

Minecraft Legends' Steam page lists the storage space requirement at 24 GB. While we can't confirm anything for sure just yet, the Minecraft Legends file size/download should be smaller, as the Steam page requirements also take the free space required to install the game into consideration.
