New Characters Coming With Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Wave 6
UPDATE - Wave 6 is confirmed to include Diddy Kong is from Mario Kart: Double Dash, Funky Kong is from Mario Kart Wii, and Pauline and Peachette are from Mario Kart Tour.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave 5 is now out, and it added THREE brand new characters to the game in Kamek, Petey Piranha, and Wiggler. This follows the addition of Birdo in Wave 4.
However, as fans noticed, the Wave 4 Update also added five more mystery character slots to the character select screen.
It would suggest we'll see another 2 characters added to the game for the final Wave 6 DLC. For now though, there are no suggestions as to which characters could be added to the game.
