Madden 22 Ultimate Team: Best team to build for 100,000 MUT coins

It is officially Madden Day as the worldwide release date of Madden 22 has arrived and with it our eagerness to face and complete every challenge thrown our way.

There was a part of the community that had access to the game earlier, either because of the version they pre-order or because they were members of EA Play which allowed them to have early access to Madden 22.

In order to give the rest of us mortals a chance, we have put together a series of starting lineups under a budget that will help you level up effectively, while consciously spending your coins the right way.

Build the best team possible for under 100,000 MUT coins

Once again, in order to advance with clarity, we are building this squad from scratch out of the auction house with the purpose of taking the “luck” out of the equation from pack pulling.

The prices may vary a bit as we are utilizing Xbox as a reference but it should not be that far apart for PlayStation or PC whatsoever.

Offence

QB Elite 80 OVR Kyler Murray - 10,500 MUT coins

The third-year quarterback has been lightning in a bottle since he entered the league which help us make the defence hesitate on his scrambling ability opening up passing lanes for us.

HB Elite 80 OVR Jonathan Taylor - 10,000 MUT coins

The sophomore running back started his career with the right foot as he surpassed the 1,000 yards last season, for us, that means an item with a combination of size and speed that makes opposing defences tremble.

Although we maintained the philosophy, we were able to enhance the attributes we were looking for and we got agile tackles and forceful guards and centre, which allows us to protect the QB and open lanes for the HB.

We drop Alie-Cox for Austin Hooper in the same spirit of the offensive line as the price jump is now justified by a considerable increase in catching, route running and run blocking.

We get a revamped defensive line that combines speed and agility to get off block go after the ball. Initially, we were looking to add an Elite item to this group but the price jump was not justified by the attribute increase.

ROLB Gold 77 OVR Bobby Okereke - 3,200 MUT coins

We were looking to improve the awareness and play recognition of this group and we got that and more, as this group is definitely a sideline to sideline linebacker team. The defence gets a field general in Mosley that will make the job of the rest easier.

CB1 Gold 79 OVR Carlton Davis III - 2,900 MUT coins

CB2 Gold 78 OVR Byron Murphy Jr. - 2,800 MUT coins

The only other carryover of the previous list is Davis III as he keeps one of the CB spots while we also got to snatch the athleticism of Murphy Jr. to complement our coverage skill both man to man and zone.

FS Gold 79 OVR Antoine Winfield - 5,100 MUT coins

SS Gold 79 OVR Eric Rowe - 3,000 MUT coins

We followed pretty much the same formula, yet we overhauled our safeties unit talent-wise as we improved play recognition while adding more speed on the free safety and power on the strong safety.

We were able to see slight improvement all around with the addition of three elites and most likely we will see more of that on the last edition of the exercise.
