To access this feature, you must advance through the main story until you reach Chapter VII and fully explore the Grand Exhibition area. Here, you'll need to defeat the final boss, which will reward you with a key to unlock the door to the Saintess of Mercy Statue.

From the Grand Exhibition Conference Room Stargazer, backtrack into the Grand Exhibition, ascend the stairs, and take a right, leading you back to the gardens. On the back wall, you'll discover a large green door that can be opened using the key you obtained.

Inside, you'll encounter a new Stargazer and a massive Saintess of Mercy Statue. You can approach this statue to reset various aspects of your character, including your level, P-Organ allocations, and Legion Arm upgrades, all of which can be adjusted using Gold Coin Fruits.
