2021 has started in a great way for the League of Legends competitive scene, with big announcements including incredible signings, teams like Rogue that have decided on a new look ahead of the upcoming, and leagues like the LCK presenting their latest rebranding focused on the past and future of the competitive.
One of the leagues that have been preparing something like this for years, highly expected both by their fans and its professional players, is the North America’sseason League Championship Series, known to all as the LCS.

Since its creation in 2013, the league has gone through several changes, from expansions in the number of teams, through the implementation of the franchise system, a slight rebranding in 2019, and the announcement of its new format for the 2021 season.
However, today Riot Games has made official the total change of the LCS brand through its social networks, showing along with various exponents of the scene among casters, analysts and players, what will be the new era of the North American league, along with a well-deserved makeover.

With a new logo that resembles the jewel held in the already famous LCS trophy, the league’s new brand stands out for having fresher tones, inclined by the blue and purple colours that have always distinguished the competition since its origins.
Along with this announcement, it was revealed that the complete presentation of this rebrand will be shown on 15th January, with the transmission of the LCS Lock In, a preseason tournament that will serve to welcome the 2021 competitive season of the LCS.
