Hunt: Showdown 1896 Bounty Clash Halloween Event

This year’s Halloween season introduces Bounty Clash, an experimental, fast-paced game mode focused on speed and aggression. Players will spawn in random compounds with a dead boss waiting to be banished. A bounty token will be available, but only after battling rival teams. Matches are designed to be quick and intense—you have just 15 minutes to defeat enemies, secure the token, and extract.

Your roster of Hunters will participate, raising the stakes as you fight in specially adapted compounds like Mammon’s Gulch and Stillwater Bayou. While matchmaking will be based on MMR, the outcomes of Bounty Clash will not affect your rating.

The highlight of this year’s Halloween content is the Harvest of Ghosts event. The lore introduces a new Hunter, ‘Harvest’, who has meddled with the powers of Dark Sight, becoming its embodiment.

In gameplay, Harvest has crafted rare items like Dark Dynamite and Satchels, which are available for Hunters to purchase. Players will encounter Harvest and use Corruption’s dark energy by aligning with the Pact of Omens, one of the central mechanics of this event.

Hunt: Showdown 1896 Harvest of Ghosts Pacts and Weapons

The Harvest of Ghosts event brings new mechanics and Pacts, where players can earn Event Points and Pledge Marks to unlock unique abilities. As players advance through the event, they’ll gain access to new weapons, equipment, and exclusive rewards.

During missions, Hunters can find Sealed Rewards and collect up to four Pledge Marks in each mission. Pledging to one of the three Pacts unlocks special Pact Traits, offering strategic advantages and altering gameplay.

• Wilderness Pact: Defenders of the land, this Pact aims to stop Dark Sight's influence and halt the spread of Corruption. Traits like Surefoot and Beastface improve mobility and exploration.

• Smugglers Pact: The Smugglers seek to control Dark Sight artifacts and unleash powerful contraband from across the globe. Traits like Gunrunner and Greyhound enhance firepower and speed for fast map traversal.

• Bomb Launcher: A compact launcher that fires explosive harpoons and can switch between two ammo types.
• Maynard Sniper: A high-damage sniper rifle with a two-staged reload.
• Auto-4 Short: A shortened version of the semi-automatic shotgun.
• Centennial Pointman: A lever-action rifle with a fast-fire rate and a mid-to-long-range scope.
• Rival 78 Mace: A double-barrel shotgun with a shortened barrel and an attached blunt weapon for melee combat.
• Dark Dynamite Satchel: A bundle of dynamite that can be remotely detonated through Dark Sight, attachable to walls and floors.
