Honkai Star Rail: How To Get Topaz's Light Cone

The Honkai Star Rail Topaz Light Cone is acquired from the limited event Warp using Star Rail Special Passes. Unlike the event character Warp, the rates are slightly different when it comes to limited Light Cones. The rates for the event Light Cone Warp can be found below:

• ANY 5-Star Light Cone: 0.8%
• ANY 4-Star Light Cone: 6.6%
• Guaranteed 5-Star Light Cone: 80 pulls

When summoning on the event Light Cone Warp, if a player manages to summon a 5-Star Light Cone, there is a 50% chance it will be the rate-up Light Cone and a 50% chance it will be any other 5-Star Light Cone. However, if you lose the fifty-fifty, the next 5-Star Light Cone you pull is guaranteed to be the rate-up event Light Cone.

This means players will need a maximum of 160 pulls (25,600 Stellar Jade or 160 Star Rail Special passes) to guarantee the rate-up Light Cone. Topaz is already featured on a four-star Light Cone named Trend of the Universal Market.
