The easiest way to complete it is by roaming around the open areas of the Desert of Hadramaveth region and spotting a sandstorm. Once you do, walk or glide into it, and The Perfect Sandstorm achievement will be marked as completed. In fact, you'll be rewarded with five Primogems for your efforts.

How to Unlock Desert of Hadramaveth in Genshin Impact

Unlock the Desert of Hadramaveth by completing the world quest "The Dirge of Bilqis." Access it in the quest menu, click Navigate, and go to Katheryne in Sumeru. Katheryne will give you a letter from Ms. Jeht, and you'll accept the quest. Then, head to the Tanit tribe's marked location on the map.
